PRA 2 main line (NOS is red)

hello there, I'm new to this group and i need your help, my knowledge to the 4400 is basic all i know is (mgr command and how to add or delete users) but today the PCX cannot make calls on the main operator (reception desk) can anyone help me on how to re activate the main line or number
(sorry i don't know the exact words for it)

hi
PRA 2 main line (NOS is red) means reception is not ok , the pra doesn't receive any signal from the operator, check cabling and eventually the optical if any
