No Incoming Call logs (SMDR) coming from specific number range (0917xxxxxxx)

Hi Everyone,

I hope someone could help me.. our OXE is getting call logs via serial connection but noticed that incoming calls were not recording from specific mobile numbers with (0917xxxxxxx).

Appreciate your help. thanks in advance

P.s.. the call is getting thru but no logs on SMDR... Calls from other numbers are ok
