im facing a problem from two days, problem is CPU7 is unable to boot (i think), Ping is coming but no telnet, CPU7 cpu-led constant green and rest of all card is showing busy (as normally waiting to connect with cpu card). i want to get the serial terminal of CPU7 from CBRMA box. i tried many times to connect from A0 25-pin of CBRMA box to get the serial terminal on the pin 2,3,7. i have a doubt about the connection between CPU7 back pins to CBRMA box, i want to know that is there separate cables for ethernet and comport between CPU7 back pins to CBRMA box ?

if your system doesnt work you need support.
You are trying to fix something and you dont know how to connect to it.
how will you proceed to other more complex actions even if you figure it out the pins of the serial cable.
You lose time my friend .
If this system is in your lab then you need to open the books its all there
