Issues with Gigaset Box 100 - No connection to omnivista 8770

so since today, both dect phones lost connection to the omnivista server. I can pair them but they cant call or receive calls.
the analog configuration for the gigaset box is alright, is there any way to check the connection between those two instances [gigaset and tk system]?
