Error 480 in trunk SIP with OFS

Good morning, I am installing an alcatel fax server in version 7.6 with an oxe in version 12.3.1. I can send faxes but when I receive them I have a 480 error. Attached trace. Can anybody help me?

Can you try after setting to True the parameter mgr/system/other system parameters/SIP Parameters/Via Header_Inbound Calls Routing.
Note: after setting the parameter to True, better restart SIP Motor.

Also the destination of the call is 985963952. I do not know the numering plan of your country, but i believe that the fax should add the oxe outgoing prefix to it (example: 0985963952).

Hi, the parameter is to true, the cliente have another fax server.

The problem is to receive, the number is send yo a network number that is routing to the sip gateway.
