Hi! - I moved the server over the week end to handle the daily incoming connections (about 200K/day) but it looks like I aimed too low for the resources. I'm going to have to move this server (hopefully for the last time) this week. I'm sorry for the interruption.

two Attentants

Post by alexandros_z »

Hello,

I have an OXE R 12.1 already installed in a Hotel A.
I have installed a PCS in a hotel B.
Customers of Hotel A dialing "0" call to Attendant in reception A.
Is it possible for the customers of Hotel B, dialing also "0" to call the reception of hotel B ?

Hotels A and B belongs to the same owner.

thank you in advance

Attendant - managed as Attendant or just usual set on reception?
For Attendant:
- users in hotel A and B - manage in different entity (f.e. 1 and 2)
- prefix - General attendant call (not attendant set or group)
- in CDT Entity 1 and 2 - manage what you need (f.e. for Entity 1 declare - reception A, for Entity 2 - reception B).
Be cearful with Entity state (Day/Night...)

Thank you vad.
So far, "0" is configured as "attendant group call". I will check it as "general attendant call"
In Hotel A the console is " PAC 2 equipts"

is it possible to have an usual set in Hotel B as reception, but i want to be able to be called dialing "0" as well.

thank you for your response.

You can use an entity call, so the set or attendant, which is managed in the entity is called
