Allow all extensions to turn off Message LED

Dear all,
my system has problem with the right to turn off Message from extension on OXE.

At the moment, if user A send Turn on Message Led command to user B (use prefix: Message deposit), then only user A can send Turn off Message LED command (use prefix: Switch off Message LED) to user B.

Now i need all extensions can send turn off message to user B (all can use Switch off Message LED prefix).
Because my system has Voice mail connection with JDS Voicmail System via 08 analog VPS port. when a extension has new voice message, voic mail port send Turn on message LED to extension, but after extension consult and delete new voice msg, the message LED still remain, not OFF.

Anyone can tell me how to do this?

Hi letacla.alcatel,
my system has both analog and digital phone. Analog phone for guest rooms so that solve problem for analog phone is mort important.

All phones have same phone feature Class of Services but of messsge deposit is sent from one extension it cannot be canceled by any other exte
