Post by melozurdo »

Hi guys,

My customer is asking if they can have an inbound and outbound call detail report for an specific node.
They are running Omnivista 8770 with 5 nodes. How can i get this? Thanks.

Create a report with the node number as filter for the users.
Or you mean a global one, like NODE 1 has 1000 Incoming calls and 7000 outgoing?

Report like NODE 1 has 1000 Incoming calls and 7000 outgoing.
I am able to create a own report with monthly - called numbers - grouped - compact template.
Once done, i go to query tool and select pcx system ( to filter by node), incoming&calls and incoming&taken, then I save and generate the report but it is showing nothing or zero data. (see attachments)

Hi,
I finally was able to generate the report but still having one problem with records. It´s showing not the complete number (is masked).
I am getting something like this...

Called Number Duration Extension
12345678** 00:31 4321

Is there any way to see the completed number in Called Number?

You have two place where number can be masked.
1 - PBX - check with "accview -tf" command - number complete or masked. If masked - Application/Accounting - item Nb of Last Masked Called Digits. Manage 0.
2 - Omni Vista - in accounting exist "masking rules". You can declare how many digits will be hidden for masked and unmasked report.

i found the rules in Omnivista but I can´t modify anything except the associated profile. I can change from "default" to "not mask" but the results in the reports are the same...still masking the last two numbers. You can see also in the picture the tab "configuration" grayed out for me. Any ideas?

I checked "accview -tf" command in PBX and the number is completed (not masked). I can display TAXA files but if I copy all te data in a Excel, the whole picture is a little bit complicated to understand. I mean, i cannot present this format data to my customer.
