8088 booting loop

Hi, all.
The 8088 set is in a continuous booting loop. It never passes to step 2.
The problem appears after un upgrade to R303 and I think it was necesary a last reset to finish the upgrade.
So, instead a reset I changed the phone configuration to NOE.
The message displayed is "Reboot in progress: in upgrade procedure, cannot upgrade to noe"
After this, the set reboots.
I can access to the configuration menu but it requires me the administration password but not the default administrator password.
Then I insert the administrator password but I don´t have the options to do a Factory Reset nor back the set to SIP.

The USB Key debug option described in TC2347 doesn´t either work.
Could you give me a piece of advice?.
