Hi everyone,
there is an especific 8001G that don't receive any transfer, independs from where, an analogic set, digital set or even another 8001G. When try to transfer to the set don't rings and then the caller listen to the occupied tone, but when try to just call to this extension it rings and can answer the call normally.
I have looked the configs of this extension and based on what I read about this kind of set, there's nothing that would block the set to receive transferrings.
Could anybody help me with this, pls?

It's all released.
I have tested the transferring to the set and realise that seems like other sets can not transferr to it.
Let's pretend there are 2 sets: 100 and 101 (this one is the 8001 having problem). The 100 receive a call then call to 101, 101 answer, 100 transfer the call, but 101 still "connected" to 100. To the set 100 it seems like he transfer the call, but the screen of the 101 show that keep in conversation with the 100.
Did I make it easier to understand? It's like the 101 reject the transfer and still connected with the 100.

What kind of system ? if oxo check key resources incoming - outgoing . if oxe check cos as Vad mentioned .

Hi everybody,
We solved the problem deleting the extension in the PABX and create another as the same. It worked here and could transfer calls normally.
