Dect no missed internal calls notification

I really have no clue where to start looking for a solution for this problem:

We have a DECT user (on omnipcx) that never receives missed calls indications for internal calls... External calls no problem, but internal calls are never logged.. Swapping dect with same or other model (mobile 400/8232/8242 in use over here): no change..

We do not have this behaviour on other user's dect...

Have you tried to unregister and delete the user. Than start from the scratch creating the user?
