Online I find more refurbished... but you say that 4038 is better than 8038? I mainly need the operator to log in to a group, there are no particular functions to use

Operaror - just hunt group member (you can use any set) or attendant, or operator from call center?

According MLE_CrossCompatibility_July_2018_Ed33_ENT_MLE_033442.xlsx - 8038 compatible with R10.1 (Patch is required for OXE R10.1.1 (j2.603.29b))

So in resume, you don't need to buy new version, just ask to apply last patch. And then you are done.
