Access the switch using GUI

I am new with alcatel switches..I can access my switch using serial port...please could any one help me to access the switch using GUI...thanks...

setup an IP address for vlan 1
aaa authentification default "local"

and that should be it

I configur ip for vlan 1 and authentication as local but I still can't access the switch using GUI.....I can telnet the switch...
Is there any other configuration should be done..
