Use Personal Calling Number and the Private Calling Number

How can I control the Use Personal Calling Number and the Private Calling Number that it could be controlled by the extension not by the system the user can change it when ever he wants

I am not sure you can change it.
You can hide the number probably, but change your displayed number on the fly, nop... can somebody confirm ?

If user want to call with different calling numbers - create some different numbers (with different private numbers) and make outgoing calls through substitution.
