wrong date every morning

Hi, I have an issue in OXE R10.1.1-j2.603-38,

after a bascul the date of every IPT in system has a bad date every morning. If any user off hooks and on hook the IPT the date is actualization correctly. This occurs every mosning and the time is OK, only the date isn´t auto-updated in every IPT.

the difussion to NOE was halted.
