Analog trunk line terminate calls

Dear Unleashed Team,

problem : we unable to receive trunk incoming calls , but no problem in outgoing calls.
the system : Crystal hardware and software version is 10 and Analog trunk card type is NDDI2.
troubleshoot actions :
reset coupler >>>> don't solve the problem
resart the PABX >>>>this solve the problem

Solves for how long? All lines have same behavior?

1. this problem happens from two weeks, and every week we must restart the PABX,
2. this behavior happen in two analog trunk lines.

Maybe try to check cabling on those two. If you swap the line ports with others which work fine, what line fails?
If it is the same, then probably problem is that line.
If the working one begins to fail then you may need to change board to try to fix the issue
