I need some help, I have a E1 interface in OXO R7, this E1 interface have 10 outgoing channels and 7 incoming channels, the client need to route calls to cellphones for this 10 outgoing channels. Well, I configured the ARS table(because there are others routing configured) but when I try to make a call to cellphones an this one take one of the ten channel(according to established routing), lost call ringing tone, the cellphone rings, including the call is answered, but the person making the call doesn't hear the ringing tone while the call reaches its destination.

Please help me. if is necessary i can give someone the printscream of my configuration!!!

And what is the connection between your problem and this topic? busy tone detection has nothing to do with E1 lines. please open a new topic in OXO section and I will remove this one.

That values depends on the cadence of the public pbx not on the OXO. You have to find out wich brand and model is public pbx and ask Alcatel for the values. So guz, for wich pbx are that ones?

Hi all Alcatel-Lucent experts.
I have a question related to this post:
All this configuration is made to work with the "busy tone detection" activated right?
But what happen if a person talking reach the busy tone frecuency? Will the call be cutted off? Because the "busy tone detection" is activated.
