Probably missing firmware !!!

I'm having dhcp enabled in oxe. And these were some new phones I got as addition for customer. But the above mentioned errors come in these phones. I tried putting in static but the phone wouldn't come up and can't do anything . Any suggestions

What enviroment do try to use it against, A4770 , the developer kit, your own SIP registrator , web server or ....
