Omnivista 2500 switch Backup file error

Hi everyone,

I have problem. i can't backup OS6350-P24 switch at omnivista 2500 v4.1. the error message is-

Error (Failed to backup configuration. data\resourcemanager\snapshots\172.16.100.5\ss20180410-2\file_details.ser (The system cannot find the path specified)) at backup configuration: Blank Description
[4:36:23 PM] > The number of devices that had errors is: 1 out of 1. The following are the devices that had errors: 172.16.100.5

Please answer me. How to solve this error.
