Omnivista 3600 VRF not opening

I have a below error when I open the application even in task manager the pid for that process not running
Has anybody has solution
I am using Windows 10 PC

Find the vrfplan.lock file and delete it in mentioned folder !!! That's it. there you go !!!

Delete all vrfplan.lock files in the same PC and give the application a restart. It should work !!! if not you may have to install the application again.

I tried all the steps what you suggesting now but still no success
