Hello,
After week of using Softphone in our company, we have noticed, that sometimes it causes problem with sound. Some of laptops becomes completely muted. Microphone works, but speakers / headphones are dead. Even after shutting down IP Softphone, there is no sound on laptop, so people have to restart their computers.
Our laptops have installed Win 10.
It causes a lot of problems in work, so i hope you will response as soon as possible.

Are your Windows fully updated?
Which sound card do they have? Have you tried with an USB device?

All of laptops are the same
Here's specifications:

Windows is fully updated. We have just replaced all laptops and updated whole software. Any ideas?

use wifi or LAN?
