Incoming Greeting Guide

Hi there,

Is the incoming greeting guide only work for external incoming call?
If so is there a similar solution for internal call?

I need to configure the OXE so that when an internal extension make an entity call reaching to a busy hunt group (first routing in the entity) the caller can be directed the incoming greeting guide (second routing in the entity) which will play a waiting voice guide asking the caller to hold and then route the call back to the entity (routing directory number = entity call).

If the above is not possible, what about VM? maybe create an announcement like voice mail box and after playing the message divert the call back to a entity???

Incomming greeting guides are only for external incomming calls. If you want to use it for internal calls I sugges you should create a looptrunk with a bra card or you create a small ccd were the pilot plays the greeting guide (don´t forget the internode looptrunk in this case).
