Hello all,
I have an 8058s premium deskphone that resets everytime it gets to step 5 in the bootup process. I have tried to reset it to the defaults to no avail. This started after our network admin changed some network equipment around. Is there any insight anyone can give me that may help in figuring out why this phone has started to do this?

do you check that you are using the right vlan?

The one phone, yes. It is set up for the right vlan also.

If you connect phone to another LAN port (where connected other phones) - it works?

It is. Good news. We had a power outage, and the phone started working again. Thanks for all your help!
