HI AND SORRY FOR THE DELAY , i's normal because it changes dynamicly ; IN THIS CASE you should play with Phone features cos i tray it and it works
but you should play with this cos according to the user because all users with same cos will be affected , someone can tolerate that bip but an other will ask to forbid it they shouldn't be in same PH FAC COS so they can only differt with this service but have common for others , again to assign permanantely u should move concerned users to another cos where u change only this parameters
