Headset checkbox missing from perso screen (4038)

I couldn't find a thread with the same issue, so here goes!

I have a Plantronics headset that's connected to the phone (not via 3.5mm jack - It's connected directly to the line) and we cannot get the headset to play sound at all.

All instructions I can find say to check the "Headset" checkbox on the Perso screen, but for this particular unit there is no checkbox present (Though it IS on my phone, annoyingly!) - The headset option is selected in Menu > Settings > Phone > Jack Plug.

Is there a way to program that Headset checkbox back into the Perso screen?

Any assistance will be massively appreciated!

Please disregard, turns out it was backend stuff I couldn't accomplish at the unit!
