Pimphony ACD agent login

Hello, does anybody know how to login an agent in pimphony ? We currently use 681code to login and 680 to logout but I do not know how to enter these codes on pimphony. Apart from that it would be interesting that we could select the agent before login. Any clue ?

With PIMphony set to IP mode you can either type manually the codes for on/off duty or configure softkeys (see pic). Check that your codes (in ACD Setup/General tab) have the corresponding hunting groups filled with ACD ports. To select an other agent, go through the PIMphony configuration wizard on your PC and choose another PIMphony IP user.
