SIP Private Calls between NEC & Alcatel

Dear All

I am facing an issue on SIP private trunking between Alcatel PABX and NEC PABX.
All is working fine call are established and communicated properly but once in a couple of days the calls goes blank,meaning NEC users are unable to hear Alcatel Users voice and Vice versa.Connectivity is in ADSL lines over VPN configured on Sonic wall Firewall.

As per Alcatel there is no interoperability tested between NEC & Alcatel so they will not support.

Please help if someone have already integrated the SIP trunks on these two systems
