Handset Alcatel and compatibility with Aerohive AP 121.

Recently, we install OmniTouch 8118 handsets, from Alcatel-Lucent, to use in a Wi Fi Alcatel (OEM Aruba).

In another building we have a Aerohive Wi-Fi net based on AP 121 and would like to use the same handsets to call.

We compared all protocols and configurations, but they don't work in Aerohive wi-fi.

Anyone had experience with a handset that connects to network, but doesn't work?
