OTUC R.4.1 with Local Storage possible?
Posted: 27 Nov 2013 04:13
Hello guys,
we´ve got an OTUC 4.1 running with ca. 600 users with an old OXE, Crystal HW, R.7.1.
The System was connected to several Exchange 2003 Servers using UMS VoiceMail-Systems.
Now, the customer ´s IT responsibility has been changed and without any information, the user´s email-boxes were transferred to several new Exchange 2012 Servers...and our connectors to the old Servers are down...
In consequence, all the features and VoiceMailboxes of the old OTUC are no more working...and the connectors do not work with the actual Exchange Versions...
Our questions regarding this situation:
Is it possible to reinstall the OTUC running with local Storage? I´ve tried in our lab, but it was not possible. I´ve tried with an ICS R.6, there it´s no problem....but with OTUC R.4.1 i do not see the way how to do that.
We´ve studied the Doc Installation of the old OTUC, but there´s nothing mentioned about LS...
Would be great if you can give us a hand regarding this problem. We´re not really much experienced in this old OTUC software.
Best regards and many thanks in advance from Germany
