Congestion Issue

Hi,
I have 26 audio ports available and when more then 5 people are using MTW when the 6th person calls there is a message on my 4039 and 4068 that says "congestion". I saw this once before when installing a remote shelf and the issue was not enough compressors allocated. Is this the same issue and how can I tell how many compressors have been allocated and how do I change it if that is the issue?

The issue was sip related and not compressor related. Some limit was imposed that stop the CS from accepting more then 5 connections at once. After adding a permit to MTW it then allowed us to make the calls. I am the PBX guy, I did not install the MTW an ALU-BP did, and my question was about whether you allocated compressors in MTW or not? Not doing the actual installed limited what was done and how it was set up. Issue resolved none the less.

So for all who had viewed this the answer is this: The BP installer had not set the MTW IP to always trusted in the PBX. He said that it must have prevented more then 5 requests from the same IP address. He entered it as a trusted address and I was able to place a call with 16 participants.

I will. I had egg in my face and had a lot of explaining to do when my boss came down on me. A very important conference call was to take place and only 5 of the 9 participants could join. So I had to take the heat for not testing with more then 5 caller when we did the install.
