OmniVista 4760 Installation always failed

I need to install OmniVista 4760
I try with Windows XP SP2 and SP3
I try with Windows 7 32Bit
I try with Windows Server 2003 STD and Ent.

I get same error

4760 is supported only on:
-Windows XP® Professional SP3
-Windows 2003® Server Standard Edition SP2
-Windows 7® Professional 64 bits
-Windows 2008® R2 Server Standard Edition 64 bits

Thank you alex for your replay.
I try on all of these windows versions. VM and Physical machines. All failed.
I was try on fresh windows without any software or Antivirus, and I disabled firewall.
