For the License of the ov4760 to remain valid, the ov4760 has to make contact to the declaration node (OXE) at least once every 31 days.
According to the error message, the ov4760 wasn't able to connect to this OXE for quite some time.

You need to make sure the ov4760 is able to connect to the OXE.

two things can cause such as
1-as freedom said , your server should contact your oxe at least once/month , so check lan connectivity from omnivista to oxe
2-ops problem:4760 is linked to an oxe cpu so at 4760 directory you should config your oxe as declaration node(licence control), it's 4760hadeling licence

Hi
yes , there was a lan connectivity issue from omnivista to oxe. I repair it then run complete synchronization.

thanks
