how to falsh the encrypted set

My site is encrypted and i want to use the Encrypted Ip user for my lap purpose. If i connect the ip user to my lab , it is asking the security password.Then the ip sets keeps reboot and showing as No TFTP response.
please let me know how to flash and make as a normal ip set ( like a new set ).

I tried with the 1st procedure, but i am not able to telnet the set, please let me know what to do??????????????????
We can not go for the 2nd procedure because, we have replaced with new set for the customer.
please let me know the correct procedure.

use ippstat command and in the menu there is an option for change telnet time to set

hello , faulty set(password not accepting) laying in our store room.how we can use the ippstat command.
i have almost 15 sets are laying like this.
please give the correct procedure.

i would like to inform you that we can use the ippstat command only for the working sets.
