Anyone seen the following issue, I have looked on the BPWS in the knowledge base but there is nothing in the articles there that have anything to do with this.
8018 in NOE mode and used as room phone in a hotel, when there is a CPU switch the programming for keys 69 -74 (Concierge, in room dining etc) vanish, well most of them do.
Unfortunately as this is a large working hotel it is difficult to test but it has now happened 4 times.
System is running 11.2
Just wondering if its just me
