I may create two SIP TG.

The first as ABC-F to call from OXE to the 3rd party PABX. For example TG ID 0.
The second as ISDN All countries to call from 3rd party PABX to the OXE. For example TG ID 1.

Then you can configure routing No. prefix to TG 0.
And in SIP external gateway you configured to the 3rd party PABX you configure the parameter Trunk group number as 1 (TG ID 1 ISDN All countries).

Yes, it is. On that parameter "Trunk Group Number".
