One way audio in outgoing call - Alcatel Unleashed

because the STC SIP provider is saying that codec from there side is G711. In OXE , where do we exactly change the codec for trunk .

check the RTP port range in your firewall , maybe firewall blocked them, also check the ip phone's ip range has route to and from provider ip range.mustafa.ahmad wrote: ↑07 Oct 2018 03:05 Hi Fery,
After adding the SIP provider IP in Trusted IP address , the incoming calls are working.
But the issue for both incoming and outgoing is same , one way audio..
