Display on the phone OXE

When somebody calls or is called, we see on his display the name of the sip trunk "SIP ISDN"instead of the number called or calling.

The provider has controlled and he sent the good number to the pbx.
In the entity => secret is "NO"
in the system => display on the phone the number "TRUE"
I use a sip trace but i forgot something because I don't see the calling number. also when I trace a site where the sip works good.

the command that I use is:
tcpdump -s 2000 port 5060 -w /tmpd/toto.pcap

Never I see the phone number from I am calling

You forgot something? Like what? If you don't see it means it doesn't arrive with the call...
