Transit SIP Trunk

Post by hackcow » 14 Sep 2019 00:39

Hi all,

I have 2PBX OXE R11.2 connected via SIP TRUNK, ABC-F / SIP.

Ext from Site A can call to Ext Site B and vice versa.

Now site A has ISDN trunk to PSTN, I want Ext site B transit to site A via SIP TRUNK to make a outgoing call.

At site B, I create 9 for ARS prefix, call number 09xx in Discriminator rule 0 with ARS route list 1. This ARS I add digit "9" and route to trunk group 1, which has remote network 1 and number compatible with 0, type T2, ABC-F/SIP. Next I configure Network Routing Table with ARS route list 1 and SIP GW 1, which connected to Site A.

From Ext site B, I press 9 + 09xxxxxxxx, I found nothing in SIP trace at Site B. It mean this call is unreachable to site A.

Has anyone ever faced this scenario before ? Please give me advise.

Thank you.

can you call a simple extension from one node to another through sip?
is the connection category 5 connected with 0 (and vice-versa)?
