Hi!
Some doubts about language, AA and MOH.
System: R10.1.1, 4645 in same CS
Is possible set the language in AA and change the MOH when this call will be "on hold"?
Is possible the caller hear the MOH during the transfer from AA to user?
I know that are some locks related with this like 5 and 183. Is there another one related with this function?
I could try if I had license for this, but...
Thanks in advance

Re: Automated Attendant Language
I did not test that before, but it must work in multi language. about the lock ,it is lock number 183 as you said and you can use maximum 8 language license.
about hearing MOH during transfer , as i know it is not a standard solution for that but you can use "supervised Transfer" and change the voice that said "you are transferring to ..." to MOH.
but I extremely recommend if you have not experienced in this field , get help from an expert.
