Room extn showing UK

hi, i have done a hotel configuration , its oxe r12.2 integrated with OPERA PMS. all works fine accept when a room calling a administrator set which has a display. it shows the extension number and then UK... what is this UK??

ext room number 6222333 calling admin set 6222444...
on the admin set i see RO6222333 UK..

how can i remove UK

Hmm... Could it be the language, I mean, this caller speaks British English? So it would be easier for room service to speak to the guest?

Don't think it's system language. It's language assigned to the guest on check-in.

Hi all,

I have same problem and please tell me how to remove the language code.

We use release 10.1.1 and we do not see row: " Restrict language code display" on Application/Hotel/Review-Modify tab.

but on Management Services part, i do not see "Restrict language code display"

done it, great find, thanks, but now i got * in front of the room extn number, when the client ask me what is this, i just make an excuse to say that this is to indicate that this is a room
