AA timer

Hi, I am setting up an Automated Attendant and in one of the leafs I have a guide with a duration of 96 seconds. where I can extend the timer to play the entire guide?

In Applications > Automated Attendant > Automated Attendant Leaf - you have item "Listening Time"

I put the listening time there before opening the post and I do not play it whole.

What Leaf type and in what case you use?
Duration (real) in your case? 30 sec?

Is a leaf "Menu For Auto.Attendant".

First have a leaf "Directory No entry guide" with "time out Action" to the other leaf.

The real duration of the guide is 96seg, it plays over 58 seconds.
