Call Routing Group

Hello all,

i've been trying to build a simple configuration with the new Call Routing Group (CRG) feature.

there are 3 mobile 300 sets (301, 304, 334).

CRG 1 contains:

The Goal is:

If someone calls subscriber 301:

301 rings ---after busy or free set---> 304 rings ---after busy or free set---> 334 rings

If all sets are busy -> busy information must be sended in isdn protocol.

If someone calls subscriber 304:

304 rings ---after busy or free set---> 301 rings ---after busy or free set---> 334 rings

If all sets are busy -> busy information must be sended in isdn protocol.

The problem at the Moment is... i'll get an incident if the sets 301 and 302 are busy.

So i think there is a software issue here...

Also if i have trouble with only one simple CRG and all users are busy.
In this case allways ISDN Cause 41dez. (Temporary failure) will be sent instead of ISDN Cause 17dez. (User busy)

Is there anybody out there, who has expierience with CRG Feature?
Is there another solution to build such a configuration?

Just use a virtual set associated to CRG prefix will be fine.

Someome can explain the difference between Huntgroup and a call routing group?

Hunt group - this is usual group (with some parameters - search type, authorized camp-on calls % etc), you can dial HG number - from internal sets or from external, when dial HG numbers.

Call routing group - this is just like CDT table in entity.
