Call Pickup Group Call Notification

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if it was possible for 4029 multi-line sets within a Call Pickup Group to supply some sort of visible notification on each of the sets to announce that a phone within that pickup group was ringing.
I have setup a softkey on each as just a General Features GrpPickUp so you can press the button, lift the handset and take the call. The issue is unless you hear it ringing, you can't pick it up. Also, you are unable to see who's extension is actually ringing.

We had an option on our old Siemens PBX where you could set a Call Pickup Grp notification to either LED, Beep or both and it would flash up the extension number/name on your display.

Any suggestions?

That is not the sense of a pickup group.
Set supervision or MLA matches better.

Or you can use set supervision keys.

If I used Set Supervision, then I would need to assign a button to each person in a pickup group. If there were a dozen, that would mean 12 keys used up correct? Doesn't sound very useful.

Hi guys,
I'm facing same question here and as Hesh mentions creating N keys will make no sense...isn't there any pickup group supervision or like that? My problem is that we disabled ringing (volume almost zero) because of environment issues...so we can't hear another extension but would like to pick up my partners ringing one because it might be a needed communication...so what could be the answer?
