I need a help in DOD creation in oxe. How i can create a single DOD for multiple extension in oxe R9.0.
DOD for each user is working fine. How i can allocate a single DOD to multiple extensions. Please help.
My master number is xxx001 from service provider with 30 DID,s. (xxx001-xxx030). My dialing plan is (xxx001-xxx999). I am able to allocate specific DID to specific number. But i want to create two groups of my extensions.if anybody from group 1 dial out he send a same DID like (xxx010). not a master number. where as 2nd group always transmit a DOD of master number. Where i can configure this...Please help.
