I have registered GDs MAC address in Shelf/Board/Ethernet parameters.
Registered tftp address in lanpbxbuild but nothing.

Maybe some idea?I don't know what to do else.

P.S. I have tried also to switch off MAC address checking by TFTPserver in IP-->INTIP B and GD parametrs

Hi zeyn,

the CS cant connect the GD and vice versa.
Your incvisu-log shows nothing about your shelf 9. - No connect, no try - nothing.

Is a ping from GD to CS and vice versa ok? Are the necessary ports (IGMP, TFTP, ...) open? Eventually check this with telnet.

Best regards

if you can - use your laptop at the GD place and assign the IP address (from the GD to your laptop) and check you ping the CS. If ping is OK, then I think smileyman might be right and TFTP maybe blocked in the WAN/firewall somewhere.
Here at Alcatel Unleashed we open the door... but you must walk through it yourself..

Hi, everyone!
Thanks for your response.
I can ping my CS from GD,and GD from CS frequency is 30 ms.
TFTP port is opened, i have checked it by downloading file via tftp to my laptop through WAN.
And by the way, when GD is near to CS and connected without routers, just through switch, with one subnetworks, everything works perfectly. Also i put 2 routers near cs, and simulate same situation, with same ip's. Everything ok too.
There is 18 crystals that must be connected to CS.With same configurations.So that's why number of crystal is 9.

Hi zeyn,

yes you are right. - The problem ist not based on closed TFTP-Port. (there is an other incvisu-error)
Either it is a other needed port closed (the needed ports are in OXE-Docu (Excel-Table) o trace it via Wireshark, i mean 69, Baseport+128, UA-Signalling-Port) or it is an other problem ;-).

Do you have trusted hosts active? Is VLAN active? Is there a firewall?
The CS in any case can't see the GD and vice versa.

Hi, every one!
Unfortunately i can not show you MG logs.(its too far)
I have noticed that i don't have /etc/xinetd.d/tftp file in this server, but i have it in another servers, i don't know why, and how it disappeared...but its fact!
After creating this file like this

service tftp
{
disable = no
socket_type = dgram
protocol = udp
instances = 2
wait = yes
user = nobody
server = /usr/sbin/in.tftpd
server_args = /tftpboot
}

Here is my new incvisu logs

maybe you should back up your db and rebuild the Server with Linux & Chorus.
Here at Alcatel Unleashed we open the door... but you must walk through it yourself..
