VisualAA transfer to Switchboard dropping call

Hi guys,

I have installed my first VisualAA and there is a problem. When callers choose option for Switchboard (blind transfer), it calls switchboard and the OXE disconnects after a seconds if unanswered. All other options do a blind transfer to normal extensions and there is no disconnection.

OXE R12.0 - m1.403.16.b
VisualAA - 3.0.14

***RESOLVED***

The Overflow Timer in Entity of the Attendants was set to 100ms (10 seconds). I don't know why (I'm sure there is some logic for this) but this timer was causing the issue. Changed the timer to 1000ms and now calls not dropping. Maybe they will after 1000ms but that is unlikely to happen.
