Problem with boot omniswitch OS6400 P48

Hello!
I have a problem with boot OS 6400 p48:
The problem is the same:
When the sorce is on the led pwr becomes green and the led on constantly flashing yellow

I use the console port and the switch shows:


U-Boot (6.3.4.265.R01) (for OS6400, OS6850, and OS6855 platforms) (Dec 15 2008 - 21:31:42)

MPC8247 Reset Status: External Soft, External Hard

After this message, the switch doesn t work and hangs in this state
What is the problem???
The u-boot?
Please can help me?

With your old release 6.3.4 you can't use usb recovery (it startet with 6.4.3). So you have to recover your switch via serial (using zmodem). I attache a document. it will take a long time to send the new images-files via zmodem. But it is the onliest way if the flash is corrupt. Also you will find similar tips in other forums here - it is the same way like at 6850 for example.

I have recover via serial and y use putty program, this program freezes in this message.. but.. how i can recover the switch?
The exactly question is the same:
-I use putty program setting:
serial interface
baud rate: 9600
How configurate putty to passes step 1 and 2 the document???

If you switch stucks before it is possible to enter uboot i would RMA it.. tha 6400 should have lifetime waranty, so you should get a new one.. ask your reseller/Distri

I now the same problem but now its becomes in
Miniboot->
but i cant pass the archives trought Zmodem ( i set the switch in receive mode to sysStartZmodem command ) but i dont know how pass thge images ( can you pass me the fiwmware for os 6400? i only encou8ntred os 6850 firmware)
