IVR calls can't reach CC agents.

Are you having any trouble while you are configuring a 4400 on site ? Share it with us, maybe someone will have the solution !

Try increasing this parameter -
CCD / CCD-RSI PARAMETERS / NUMBER OF ACR AGENT BUFFERS (Max 400)

I beleive the system will require a reboot to validate.

I had a similar problem but the problem was that the IVR lines freezed. If this is what is happening to you then do the following:

go in the CCIVR registry and make the following modifications:

/system/CurrentControlSet/Control/SessionManager/Subsystems
set in the key Windows : ...Windows SharedSection=1024,3072,512 Windows=On SubSystem ...
replace 512 by 1024

- Hkey_local_machine/software/alcatel/a4625/topology/cluster/system
set Applid = 240 instead of 120

If you have developed a big number of applications then you will need to do the above modification otherwise the IVR lines will freeze.

Also one more thing that you can do is to verify that all the voice guides in the IVR are in ADPCM format and not in wav. Sometimes the wav files can block the IVR.
