How can I do I call forwarding to a international number

Hi, I am having problem that I want to make a call forwarding to a international call, however, it works on a call from DDI, can't work on a call from external.

You cannot order fjrwarding from set.
Or forwarding allowed but not works (or forwarding works when called from internal set but not from external).
For external-external - may be you have problem with connection COS 5 (COS/connection COS 5 to 5). By default connection external-external forbiden.

Thanks for your reply, my situation is that:
A and B is internal set 8008, C is a external call, D is a call at oversea and need to be forwarded,
So I set A the first point,
B call A, can forward to D
But C call A, can't and there is no any sound at the background.

External line type - ISDN, SIP...?
You need to make a trace (depends of line type).
But in any case try to change connection COS 5 (manage connection rights 1 for 5 to 5).
