Wait before complete numbering before sending

Hi everyone,
I'm building a small system at home for replacing my precedent PBX wich was an AASTRA ISDN …

I got now a OXO R8.2. without VoIP license, only 4xT0
Like with my old one I build an VoIP<->ISDN gateway with Asterisk.
No pb for receiving calls, no problem for outgoing call if I compose a 8xxx short number.

My problem is a sort of "End of dialing" problem

Let me explaining:
If I try to input 00102030405 on a 4068IP Phone, OXO is calling immediatly after 0, it doesn't let me the time for entering the number.
In the "End of Dialing" table I have an entry prefix 0 10 numbers, It is what I want !!

If I call 8000 (wich is set to 0102030405) it works perfectly

Probably I do not understand how to use the end of dialing table.
Or is there a solution like those I use with the Aastra PBX: input 00102030405, (nothing happens), pick-up and the call is outgoing?

I answered myself,
On ISDN trunk "End of Dialing Table" is not active by default.
For activating it you MUST change the IsdnBlkTim wich is the block timer for ISDN trunks.
This settings with OMC is under [System Miscellaneous]/[Memory Read/Write]/[Timer Labels]
I put 00 20 wich is meaning (0x0020= 32) 32*0.1s= 3.2s
So now if I input 01020304 it waits 3.2s before sending all number in a block
and 0102030405 is sent immediatly because I put 10 in the "End Of Dialing Table" for prefix 0.
